Do I have to pay the full amount at once?
No, payments are deducted incrementally. Upon registration, you pay for the first month, and subsequent payments occur automatically every 4 weeks, or 28 days.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support in writing via email, WhatsApp, or by submitting a request through the client portal. Please note that cancellation is possible before the start of the next month, provided the payment has not yet been processed.
How does the payment process work?
Subscription payments are processed automatically through the secure GoPay payment gateway at pre-determined intervals. You will receive an email confirmation for every successful or unsuccessful card transaction. Before a payment is initiated, we recommend checking your account balance, internet payment limits, and the validity of your payment card.
Do you store my card details?
No, we do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed through the secure GoPay payment gateway, which meets the highest security standards.
How do I get a discount on the 3rd month?
If you have an active subscription with us for two months, you will automatically receive a discount on the third month. The lower amount will be deducted automatically. You can find a more detailed payment schedule upon completing your order.
Can I change my program during the subscription?
Yes, you can change your program by contacting customer support. As part of the change, we can adjust the calorie count. Unfortunately, we cannot change the set number of courses within an active subscription. The change must be made before the start of the next period.
