Preparation of meals for our meal prep diet takes place on the day of delivery. We prepare meals on Sunday for Monday and Tuesday, on Tuesday for Wednesday and Thursday, and on Thursday for Friday and Saturday.

Any changes to an order within our meal prep diet, including delivery suspension, must be reported at least three working days before the planned delivery by 11:00 AM. This timeframe is based on ensuring the freshest food for the preparation of all meals for the exact number of customers.
If your meal prep diet order covers two days, it is only possible to cancel the entire two-day order. Canceling only one day is not possible.

After completing your meal prep diet order, we will send an invoice to your email. You can pay the invoice by transfer, via QR code, or in the case of a web invoice, through the secure GoPay payment gateway.
We deliver our meal prep diet throughout Prague and its surroundings, Central Bohemia, Kladno, Pilsen, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, Jablonec nad Nisou, Pardubice, Hradec Králové, and Brno.
We deliver meals from our meal prep diet every other day – on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, always between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. In Prague and Brno, we also have morning delivery on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, always between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
In all regions outside of Prague and Brno, delivery takes place between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A more precise delivery time will be sent to you via SMS on the morning of the delivery day, so you know exactly when your food will arrive.
We are flexible and understand that plans can change. You can change the delivery time or location of your meal prep service until 10:00 AM on the same day.
Some meals from our meal prep diet are intended to be heated, while others are for cold consumption. However, for better taste, we recommend heating the meals. Information on which meal needs to be heated can be found after scanning the barcode on the box.
If you are heating meals from our meal prep diet in a microwave oven, we recommend piercing holes in the foil. Heating time varies by meal type and portion size, but we recommend using medium power (600–700 W) for even heating.
