Meals for our meal plan service are prepared on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness. We prepare meals on Sunday for Monday and Tuesday deliveries, on Tuesday for Wednesday and Thursday deliveries, and on Thursday for Friday and Saturday deliveries.

If your meal plan order covers two delivery days, only the entire two-day order can be cancelled. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel just one of the delivery days.

Once you complete your meal plan order, we will send an invoice to your email address. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer, via QR code, or, for online invoices, through the secure GoPay payment gateway.

We deliver our meal plan service throughout Prague and the surrounding areas, as well as Central Bohemia, Kladno, Plzeň, Liberec, Mladá Boleslav, Jablonec nad Nisou, Pardubice, Hradec Králové, and Brno.

Meals from our meal plan service are delivered every other day—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays—between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. In Prague, we also offer morning deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

In Prague, you can choose from convenient two-hour delivery time slots in the morning or evening.

Morning delivery: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Evening delivery: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

In all other regions, deliveries take place between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On the morning of your delivery day, we will send you an SMS with a more precise delivery time so you know exactly when to expect your meals.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. You can update the delivery time or location of your meal plan service on the same day, up until 10:00 AM.

If you are reheating meals from our meal plan service in a microwave, we recommend piercing a few holes in the protective film before heating. Reheating time may vary depending on the type of meal and portion size, but for even heating, we recommend using a medium power setting (600–700 W).

We recommend storing meals from our meal plan service in the refrigerator whenever possible. However, they are also designed for life on the go and can easily be taken to work, on trips, or during busy days. The meals can remain unrefrigerated for several hours without affecting their taste or quality.

We can tailor your menu to match your preferences, allergies, dietary requirements, and personal goals. You can customize your meal plan individually—from choosing the number of meals per day and excluding ingredients you do not like, to adjusting portion sizes to suit your nutritional needs.
